Why Moissanite

The Moissanite Gem is beautiful and affordable in its simplicity. It was first discovered in 1893. in a crater created by a meteorite that fell to Earth by a French scientist named Henri Moissan, whom the gem is named after. Moissanite gemstones are a 9.25 on the Mohs Scale of Hardness which makes them very durable. It has similar qualities to diamonds but are less expensive and eco-friendly as they are not mined. A beautiful and affordable alternative to diamonds.
